The quest starts when you first speak to Dr Reed back at the Ocean Avenue safehouse, where he will ask you to track down his daughter Tisha in an apartment near the Beancup Coffee shop.

  • Start by tracking down Tisha in the Thalia apartment building.
  • After tracking her down, your next objective will be to contact Konradt at the OSK store. You can see the OSK store on the map, so head over there and interact with the security keypad in the back room.

  • You'll now need to search for a server room keycard. You can do this by interacting with the piles of trash in the alley outside the backdoor, which will then tell you to hunt down a named zombie called Henry to grab the keycard. Henry can also be found around the corner in the alleyway.
  • Head back into the store and use the keycard to access the server room. Inside here, interact with the lever to reset the OSK servers.
  • If you head back into the main part of the store, a bunch of zombies will be outside, including a Screamer. Kill them all to tick off the objective, and then head back into the shop to interact with the SKOPE on the wall.
