There’s good news if you want to gain early access to the Diablo 4 beta, and it involves a trip to KFC. That sounds like a win-win to us! Brand collaborations such as this one between Diablo 4 and KFC are not uncommon. Just last year, both Burger King and Jack Links ran promos with Call of Duty to offer free rewards in MW2.

But how on earth do you obtain an early access beta key for by visiting KFC? We’ve got all the details right here, so keep reading.

What to order at KFC to get the beta

To grab yourself an early access code for the upcoming Diablo 4 beta, you’ll need to order one of two sandwiches at KFC. Those are either the limited edition Double Down or the Kentucky Fried Chicken Sandwich.

However, you can’t just walk into a KFC restaurant and order them at the till. You must either order the sandwiches via the KFC app or on the official KFC website.

Once complete, you should receive your early access beta code within the app or on your order receipt. This can then be redeemed via the Blizzard website.

When is the beta early access?

The KFC promo began on March 9 and will run all the way until March 18.

For reference, the Diablo 4 beta early access period runs from March 17-19, so you’ll have a couple of days' leeway to grab yourself an early access code.

After that, you’ll need to wait until March 24 to take part in the open beta for Diablo 4. That’s set to run for three days until March 26, and will be hosted on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

During the beta, players will be able to play all the way through until the end of Act 1, and can level up their characters to level 25. However, progress made in the beta will not carry over to the full release of the game.
