How Long To Beat
Will your Diablo 4 beta progress transfer over to the main game? Diablo 4 is nearly here, but we can get some early time with the game in the upcoming beta test. Beta progress is a big question, as players want to know if their work will persist to the full release. Here is everything we know about beta progress transfer in Diablo 4.
- If you want to get involved in this early access fun, here is everything you need to know about the Diablo 4 beta.
Diablo 4 beta progress: Does beta progress transfer?
Unfortunately, the progress you make during the early access periods for Diablo 4 will not be brought forward into the main game. Regardless of how much you play ahead of time, all players will be starting from scratch when the game launches on 6 June.
Players who have pre-ordered the game will get into an early access beta test, and we can say for sure that players who participate in this early access period will be able to use that progress in the open beta that happens a week later.
What will transfer, in a manner of speaking, are the rewards you get for playing the beta. Players who complete certain objectives within the early access periods will receive some rewards for the main game. Those rewards, and the objectives for acquiring them, are;
- Initial Casualty Title: earned by reaching Kyovashad with one character.
- Early Voyager Title: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
- Beta Wolf Pack Cosmetic Item: earned by reaching Level 20 on one character.
- Get to grips with the classes you can play with our Diablo 4 classes guide.
Diablo 4 beta progress: When is the beta?
If the idea of progress not carrying over doesn't put you off, then you should be aware of how and when you can play Diablo 4 early. There are two beta periods during which the game will be available.
The first is the Early Access Beta, which runs from 17 - 19 March. This beta is only available to those who preorder the game, or if you have a code. The second beta is the open beta, which runs from 24 - 26 March. Both begin at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/4 PM GMT.
That is it for transferring beta progress in Diablo 4, we know it probably isn't what you wanted to hear but at least you can earn some extra goodies for playing it. For more on the game, check out the Diablo 4 PC system requirements.
