Diablo 4 is a live-service game that often faces network and technical issues, some exclusive to a particular platform and some affecting a broader player base across all platforms.

One of the many errors players encounter while logging into the game is the Diablo 4 error code 315305 - so here's what you can do if you come across the frustrating issue.

What is Diablo 4 code 315305?

The 315305 error code in Diablo 4 is one of the recurring issues that many Xbox players encounter when they try to play the game right after a new patch has been rolled out.

This problem usually sorts itself out eventually, but there are some quick fixes you can try to get you back into the game quickly.

How to fix Diablo error code 315305

You can fix error code 315305 by going to the game files on your device and deleting the 'Reserved Data.' Once you do that, restart the console and open the game.

Doing this will download the fresh data, meaning you should be able to log into the game without any issues.

Some players have also reported that they didn't need to apply a fix, they just kept trying to log into the game, which eventually worked for them. While I could not replicate the issue on a PS5 to test it out, if the above fix didn't work for you, I recommend you simply keep trying to log in

You should also check if the Diablo 4 servers are active, under maintenance, or down for some reason. If so, you'll need to wait until they're up again. However, if the game servers are up and the above fixes didn't work for you, try out these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your router
  • Power cycle your console by removing the power cable for a few seconds and plugging it back in
  • Try to play the game using a mobile hotspot or a different internet connection

If the issue persists despite trying all of these fixes, contact Blizzard Customer Support and explain the problem to see if they can help.

That concludes our guide on the Diablo 4 error code 315305 - hopefully you've managed to sort the problem out! While you're here, check out how to get Tibault's Will and where to get Scattered Prism.
