How Long To Beat
If you cannot interact with the Seneschal Brazier in Diablo 4 and are looking for a fix, you have come to the right place. As you may know, while progressing through Diablo 4 Season 3 Season of Construct's Drums of the Vault quest, many players are unable to interact with the Seneschal Brazier in the game to upgrade their Construct.
As a result, players are stuck in the quest and are unable to progress to the new season. Thankfully, there are working fixes that players can use to resolve the issue.
How to fix Seneschal Brazier bug
To fix the Seneschal Brazier bug in Diablo 4, all players must do is teleport to another town via the map screen, restart the game and re-enter the Gatehall. By doing so, players can interact with the brazier and progress the Drums of the Vault quest.
Alternatively, as per Blizzard, changing the instance by using a teleport from the Gatehall hub, logging out of the game, logging back in, and exiting through the gate to the Gatehall hub again will fix the issue for now.
Apart from that, many players have reported that exiting out of the game and logging back in a few times have fixed the issue for them. Thankfully, the Blizzard Community Manager, who goes by the alias Lyricana, has confirmed, "The team is aware of this one and is investigating currently," in Blizzard Forums.
We should be getting an official fix for the Seneschal Brazier bug soon. Until then, here are some other workarounds and fixes that have helped many players get rid of the bug and progress the Drums of the Vault quest:
Disabling crossplay and cross-network communication
According to some players, turning off the crossplay and cross-communication feature in Diablo 4 and exiting the game two to three times has fixed the issue for them, making the Seneschal Brazier clickable.
Starting Chapter 2
Another fix that has worked for players in fixing the Seneschal Brazier bug in Diablo 4 is starting Chapter 2 of Season 3. Doing so fixes the issue and makes the Seneschal Brazier interactable.
Teleporting to Kyovashad
The last fix involves teleporting to Kyovashad, doing the blacksmith's quest, then heading back to Gatehall and interacting with the Seneschal Brazier.
That sums up every working fix that has proven to be working for players in fixing the Seneschal Brazier bug in Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault. While you are here, check out how to play the Gauntlet, the best endgame builds, and the best XP farm locations.
