How Long To Beat
If you're struggling with where to find Fiend Roses in Diablo 4, we've got you covered with all the farming locations and uses for the key item.
Diablo 4 has a number of useful resources that are geared toward letting you increase the overall power of your character with stat bonuses on your skills, abilities, equipment, and more. Fiend Roses fit into this category, but they are one of the rarest items in the game, making it hard to track them down consistently.
So, check out how to farm Fiend Roses in Diablo 4 and learn their uses once collected.
Where can you find Fiend Roses in Diablo 4?
Fiend Roses are mainly found during Diablo 4 Helltide events, which occur when you reach World Tier Level 3 or higher. Helltide events are special occurrences that happen randomly in different regions of Sanctuary.
During Helltide, some plants in Sanctuary will change into Fiend Roses, and you can collect them. They look like red roses with thorns and have a purple glow around them. They are not very common, so you might have to explore the whole area to find them.
Besides this, the landscape also changes into a hellish version of itself, with blood-red skies, fire and brimstone, and hordes of demons. These events also have unique objectives and rewards, such as Tortured Chests and Aberrant Cinders.
Alternatively, you can also get Fiend Roses in Diablo 4 from Tortured Chests or Silent Chests, but these require special keys and currencies to open. Tortured Chests are large chests that appear on the map during Helltide events.
How to use Fiend Roses in Diablo 4
Once you have collected some Fiend Roses, you can use them at the Occultist or the Alchemist to enhance your items or potions. The Occultist is a vendor that can enchant your items by re-rolling their affixes. You need one Fiend Rose per item that you want to enchant.
The Alchemist is a vendor that can upgrade your healing potions by adding different effects. You need one Fiend Rose per potion that you want to upgrade. The upgraded potion will have the same name as the original potion but with a “+” sign at the end.
Finally, you also need Fiend Roses to craft certain Incense. Incense gives a 20-minute boost to the stats of all nearby allies.
