How Long To Beat
The Spirit Boons in Diablo 4 are supremely helpful in a Druid's arsenal. They provide stat bonuses that can be the difference between winning and losing. Despite their importance, you'll need to significantly level up and finish a tough mission. Here's our rundown of Spirit Boons in the game.
How do you get Spirit Boons?
To retrieve Spirit Boons, you'll annoyingly have to get to Level 15, defeat the forces at the Tur Dulra stronghold, and then finish the Druid: Spirits of the Lost Grove quest. There's a lot to do.
When you arrive at the Tur Dulra stronghold, you'll be tasked with taking out three spirits of Tur Dulra's Druids. As there is a lot of incoming damage heading your way, it's recommended to use the Blood Howl and Earthen Bulwark skills.
The Blood Howl will give back your health, while the Earthen Bulwark gives a temporary rock shield that blocks attacks for a short period of time. These kept me alive throughout each encounter.
You also may want to reduce your World Tier. It will be far easier, especially if you're by yourself.
After releasing the spirits of Tur Dulra's Druids, you'll come across the final boss of the mission, Baelgemoth, Infernal Tormentor. Try to use ranged attacks against this fiery beast. Upgrade the Landslide to take away as much health as possible from Baelgemoth. Blood Howl and Earthen Bulwark will also be helpful. Avoid its fiery breath and be aware that this boss can teleport behind you. Be wary.
After defeating the Infernal Tormentor, go speak with Druid Ardreth in Tur Dulra to begin the Druid: Spirits of the Lost Grove mission.
What do Spirit Boons give you?
The Druid: Spirits of the Lost Grove mission thankfully doesn't require much combat. Follow the quest pointers, interact with the required elements of the world, and the Spirit Boons will be unlocked. There are a few waves of enemies to deal with, but it should be easy to handle.
At Tur Dulra, you can now speak to the animal spirits to gain Spirit Boons. In exchange for Druidic Spirit Offerings, the animals give buffs to your character. To equip them, go to the character menu and press R1 (RB on Xbox) to head into the "Spirit Boons" section.
If you gain the Scythe Talons boon, you'll get 5% Critical Strike Chance. Further Druidic Spirit Offerings with one of the animals will unlock more boons (up to five).
