If you are playing Diablo 4, you may be one of the people who are experiencing an error when starting the game.

Don’t panic though, as this issue isn’t anything that you have caused. Here is the irritatingly simple fix for the “Start Game Pending: Queued for Game” error message in Diablo 4.

Can you fix the Start Game Pending error message

Fractured Peaks early game in Diablo 4

Annoyingly, this error message appears usually because the servers are too saturated at that current point in time. This means that you won’t be able to get in to play Diablo 4, and the only real solution is waiting it out. This is because it’s an issue on the server side, rather than anything that can be resolved on your side.

If you see this message pop up, it means that you are in a queue to enter the game. If the error occurs, it’s simply back to rejoining the queue and hoping you get in next time. As the next couple of days unfold with the full release of Diablo 4, it’s possible that this may happen a bit more often, but also it may be smoothed out for the bigger influx of players so that this doesn’t happen.

Overall, don’t stress if you see this message  - it's not something you can fix, and Blizzard Engineers will be working hard to resolve the issue, it just may take a little longer than expected as they work out all the bugs and the first issues with the full release of the game.

That’s everything you need to know about resolving the Start Game Pending error message in Diablo 4. For more guides on Diablo 4, keep reading GGRecon.
