How to get the Tears of Blood Glyph
In Diablo 4, you can get the Tears of Blood Glyph by completing the different tier dungeons that come as a part of the Abattoir of Zir event starting from December 5.
The Tears of Blood Glyph is one of the main event drops players are guaranteed to get while progressing through the Abattoir of Zir end-game event.
To participate in the Abattoir of Zir event, you must complete the Season of Blood's Season Journey. Once done, you will get the recipe for crafting the Bloodforged Sigil Tier 1. Head to the Occultist to craft the Sigil, as you will need to start the event.

If you don't get it for some reason, you can move to the next step, which is upgrading your Glyphs using the Uber NMD Upgrade Totem and crafting the next tier Bloodforged Sigil to access the respective domain.
