Activision Blizzard have thankfully confirmed that yes, Diablo Immortal is cross-platform and cross-progression between PC and mobiles.
This means that you never have to stop playing Diablo Immortal thanks to seamless cross-progression, and you can enjoy countless dungeons with all of your friends, no matter where you are. The PC release does launch in open beta, but this does not affect the Diablo Immortal cross-platform or cross-progression at all.

How To Enable Cross-platform And Cross-Progression In Diablo Immortal
Now you might be wondering how to use Diablo Immortal crossplay and cross-progression, so we have all the answers for you right here.
It is actually a very simple process: all you need to do is make sure you have a battle.net account, and that you are logged in when you are playing on PC and mobile. On PC you have to be logged in on battle.net to download and play Diablo Immortal, but on mobile it is set to guest as default so remember to log in there.
As for Diablo Immortal cross-platform, it is the same case where everything is done through your battle.net account, so just make sure you’re linked up with your friends there and you will be all good to go.
Community Lead Adam Fletcher has confirmed however that you must be on the same Diablo Immortal server as your friends to play with them, so take that in mind too.
