Can you change the difficulty settings in Armored Core 6?
Like all other FromSoftware games, you can’t turn down the difficulty settings, or make it harder through a normal menu from easy to hard. That being said, the game is more forgiving than others in the sense you are able to change your build frequently and experiment with how your mech is built, which gives you the opportunity to try new things and see which style of damage works the best for you.

Of course, if you’re looking for more of a challenge, you’ll have to complete the game first, and then you’ll have access to New Game Plus, where everything starts to ramp up a bit. You’ll have access to everything you had in your last run, and your mech will be the same as it was on your last completion, but the bosses and enemies will now be stronger.
Armored Core 6 asks for constant swapping of gear changing to the situation around you, and seeing what weapons will work best depending on what enemies you’ll be coming up against, or what boss you’ll be fighting next. Take advantage of the system in front of you, and change your mech as much as you can!
That’s everything you need to know about the difficulty settings in Armored Core 6.
