Where can you find Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Rich Soil randomly drops while harvesting in Disney Dreamlight Valley and if you’ve been growing crops for quests or ingredients, you may have already stumbled across some.
Rich Soil will erupt from the ground in a blue sparkle whilst harvesting crops, make sure you pick it up as it's a valuable by-product of farming.
It may be tempting to convert your Rich Soil into more pieces of regular soil at a Crafting Station, hold off on doing this however, as you'll need Rich Soil for quest items in the game.

The fastest way to get Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As Rich Soil is a by-product of harvesting crops, your best bet is to farm large amounts of crops at once and choose crops with the fastest growth time to eliminate waiting time.
The fastest crop to grow is Wheat, which will grow approximately one minute after planting and watering. You can get Wheat Seeds from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow biome for 1 Star Coin each.
We managed to secure ten pieces of Rich Soil after farming between 50-100 Wheat at once. You can maximize your profit by also hanging out with a Disney character proficient in farming for more harvest yield.
Although this sounds like a lot of farming, you can save time when planting and harvesting crops by holding down the interact button when prompted instead of pressing it once.

How to make the Miracle Growth Elixir in Disney Dreamlight Valley
During the quest to restore the Sunlit Plateau's pillar of power, you'll need to craft a Miracle Growth Elixir. To do so you'll need the following ingredients:
- Vitalys Crystal x10 - these are blue crystals that can be mined from ore deposits in Vitalys Mine (located within the Sunlit Plateau biome).
- Rich Soil x10 - a rarer by-product from farming crops.
- Dreamlight x 1,000 - complete Dreamlight Duties via the main menu to collect Dreamlight. These duties often involve helping villagers or collecting materials from the Valley.
Once you have made the Elixir, you'll need to plant the orb in the ground next to the pillar in the Sunlit Plateau. Then, you must water the plant each day for three real-time days.
You can speed time up by adjusting your clock in your PC or console settings. Doing so may risk your game and daily rewards, however.
Now you should be all set to harvest Rich Soil and progress with the main Disney Dreamlight Valley storyline.
