The Title Deed mission is a Tier 4 mission given by the Black Mous faction. The objectives of this mission are:
- Take the hard drive found at Phalanx's Vondel University dead drop
- Take the decrypted B21 hard drive from the Al Mazrah Observatory dead drop
- Upload both hard drives at the same time in Al Mazrah

How to find the Vondel University dead drop and take the hard drive
The first thing you need to do is find the Vondel University dead drop. There are two dead drops around Vondel University so you might be confused about which one. You'll be looking for the one between the University and City Hall. After taking the hard drive from the dead drop, exfil from Vondel to complete one objective.
How to find the Observatory Dead Drop and take the decrypted B21 hard drive
The next step requires you to deploy to Al Mazrah and find the Zaya Observatory dead drop. It is located east of the observatory, at the F5 section of the map, between a couple of buildings. You'll have to take the hard drive from the dead drop and complete the second objective.
How to upload both hard drives in Al Mazrah
Now, with two of the hard drives, you're next step involves uploading them from Al Mazrah. After finding an upload tower, you will have to interact with the console there and start the upload process. Once it is done, the mission will be completed.
