Now that Team 1 of the Future Stars promo has been released in EA FC 24, it's time to look towards Team 2. This is one of my favourite promos every year without fail, and this time around it follows Team of the Year and the Road to the Final releases - treating us to weeks of incredible content.
The Future Stars promo celebrates young players in the game who are showing signs of greatness in the early stages of their careers. Their base cards are usually not very highly rated, so we're able to get a glimpse into the sort of player they will hopefully develop into if all things go well.
Keep reading for Team 2, as well as all the players who featured in Team 1, how Academy upgrades work and more.

There are some super exciting players on offer here, with all of the Icons in particular looking very appealing. I'd be in heaven if I managed to pack Gerrard as a Liverpool fan, as this looks like one of his best cards ever and a proper replication of his younger self.
How do Future Stars Academy upgrades work?
Future Stars Academy is back again this year, letting you upgrade specific cards by completing certain challenges in an Evolution path. Typically these will involve actions like scoring goals, picking up assists, or winning games with the player in your team, but it could also involve a number of different scenarios that you have to master.
Each card will gain three separate overall upgrades, alongside a skill move boost and two PlayStyle+ additions to their card.
Here are all of the players that are eligible for the Future Stars Academy Evolution:
- Rodri (Betis)
- Noah Okafor (Milan)
- Athenea (Real Madrid)
- Bryan Zaragoza (Bayern Munich)
- Tiffany Malard (Manchester United)
- Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe (Eintracht Frankfurt)
- Jesus Ferreira (FC Dallas)
- Brian Brobbey (Ajax)
- Facundo Torres (Orlando City)
- Sergio Gomez (Manchester City)
- Sofie Svava (Real Madrid)
- Lynn Wilms (VfL Wolfsburg)
- Lutsharel Geertruida (Feyenoord)
- John Tolkin (New York Red Bulls)
- Fabiano Parisi (Fiorentina)
- Eric Garcia (Girona)
- Jordan Beyer (Burnley)
- Odilon Kossounou (Bayer Leverkusen)
- Arthur Theate (Stade Rennais)
- Lorenz Assignon (Burnley)
Someone like Athenea will definitely be popular due to her Liga F and Real Madrid links, letting her connect to some of the best players in every position.
