The best Left Wingers will have a combination of Pace, Shooting, and Passing, letting them offer both assists and goals with speed.
Whether you prefer Passing or Shooting depends on the Player Role in your tactics, as Inside Forwards will be much more dependent on their finishing and Wide Playmakers will be key creators.
Dribbling will also play a key part in both roles, as having the ability to skip past defenders on the touchline or when cutting inside will help create big chances for your team.
You'll also want to make sure you've got the right PlayStyles too, as these can be the real difference makers beyond your stats - turning good players into great ones.
Best Left Winger PlayStyles
Each Player Role for the Left Winger position requires a very different skill set, so contrasting PlayStyles are often required. As expected these are the same as the Right Winger options, but I wouldn't always recommend pairing two Roles together as that might not always have an ideal result.

Best LW Player Roles
Much like the right-hand side I'd recommend working in the Inside Forward Player Role, as right-footed players can be devastating when cutting inside.
This very much depends on the players that you have at your disposal though, and they must have a preferred right foot or at least four-star weak foot to take advantage of this position.
You'll also need to make sure that you've got width through your fullbacks, and that your striker is capable of dropping deep, as spaces need to be filled and vacated in order for the tactic to work efficiently.
