With both men's and women's players now revealed we have a complete top 40, giving us all of the best players you'll be able to use in Ultimate Team and beyond.

There aren't too many surprises in the list above, with many of the usual suspects reappearing alongside new faces like Bellingham, Ødegaard, Foden, and Martinez who have all received upgrades.

Messi, importantly, not only receives his lowest-ever Ultimate Team card but also his first card in the 80s - although 88 and 25th overall are still more than respectable.

Manchester City are unsurprisingly the most represented team in the top 40 with seven separate appearances, with Real Madrid (6) and Barcelona Femení (6) closest behind them.

At the top of the list, we once again have a four-way tie only with a couple of new faces. Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe retain their 91-rated status, and joining them now are Rodri and Aitana Bonmatí.

Both Spanish midfielders are more than worthy claimants to the top spot, and we could perhaps see them both claim the upcoming Ballon d'Or - in the latter's case for her second year running.
