It might not be the biggest choice in the world, but picking the best starter nation for your Ultimate Team in EA FC 25 can definitely put you on the right track.

Who to pick as your starter nation

The best starter nation picks are either Brazil, England, or France. While the chances are incredibly low, these nations often hold the best players in the game, and at least one of us is bound to be lucky!

You'll also have a much greater chance of landing a player in one of the top five leagues, making building your first squad a lot easier when it comes to chemistry.

The Premier League, for example, is by far the most popular league for players in the game, so having a few cards already from England's top division can help save you some coins at the start.

If you've got plans for LaLiga, Bundesliga, or Serie A starting squads though I'd maybe recommend going for Spain,Germany, or Italy respectively, and the leagues are dominated by players from their home nations.

One thing to also consider is setting yourself up for some of the more challenging Advanced SBCs. Brazil and Argentina are perfect choices for this, as they'll give you the chance to pack some of the more in-demand cards for these Squad Building Challenges, while also giving you some fortune with players in your squad too.

I'll be going for Brazil myself as I always struggle with filling the gaps in the Advanced SBCs, but if you want a stronger start squad-wise I'd recommend going for France or England.
