Progressing through Therapist's tasks in Escape from Tarkov has you starting with 'First in Line', and this complete quest walkthrough will guide you along each step in Ground Zero and beyond.

How to complete First in Line

Completing First in Line is super simple, as all you need to do is locate the Emercom station on Ground Zero, and then hand over any three found in raid medicine items.

Like many of the introductory Ground Zero quests you don't even need to survive the raid in order for the first subtask to count, meaning that this is super easy to complete even if you're a beginner!

Additionally, the medical items can be obtained from any map - not just Ground Zero - and can be as worthless as three bandages if that's what you find.

Where to find the Emercom Station

The Emercom Station is located in front of the Unity Credit Back on Ground Zero. This is at the end of the main road closest to the Terragroup building and on the opposite site to Nakatani.

Outside of the building itself, you'll also recognise the area by the medical tent standing in front of the Checkpoint. You also have a fairly high chance of spawning right next to or directly inside this area, so you could complete this particular subtask without having to do anything!

If you are unfortunate enough to spawn on the other side of the map, then your best bet is to make your way into the underground tunnel via one of the big walkways or through one of the main buildings.

This will keep you away from the extremely exposed sightlines on the main street, and I find it generally easier to navigate too as you're walking in a straight line with minimal distractions.

You can emerge back onto ground level via the Terragroup building, but if you can it's best to come up through Skyside. This is closer to the Emercom Station and is generally less populated by other players.

If you're exiting onto the main road from Skyside, you'll want to turn left in order to get to Emercom/Union Credit Bank.

Where to find medicine items

Medicine items can be found anywhere in the world of Tarkov, and getting your hands on them might not quite be the issue here. Instead, the trickier part is making it out of the raid so that their found in raid status is preserved.

If you die - even if the item is in your secure container - it will lose its found in raid status, and thus become ineligible to hand in for this particular task. The quickest and safest way to get this quest done in my eyes is via your own Scav, as they often spawn with at least one medicine item that's categorised as found in raid, and the consequences of dying are far less.

Generally, you're going to want to be looking in medicine bags, sports bags, on any Scavs that you kill, or loose loot around medical areas. The tent in front of the Emercom Station is a perfect place to start, as that has a medcase inside and a number of potential loose spawns for you to check.

Alternatively, heading to the USEC/Medical Camp on Woods or Crack House on Customs can also get this done quickly, although you've got more than enough options to sort through on Ground Zero alone.

Importantly, make sure to not hand in any found in raid Salewa kits or Morphine injectors, as they're needed for other Therapist quests down the line. Salewas in particular are needed for the Shortage quest which is next up after First in Line.
