• Magazine - 45-Round Mag
• Underbarrel - Phase-3 Grip
• Rear Grip - True-Tac Grip

Seeing attachments like the Markeev R7 Stock, BR209 Barrel, and True-Tac Grip, there's no doubt that Kastov-74u will have a breakneck ADS speed. Moreover, attachments like the Phase-3 Grip increases stability while balancing recoil.
