The FIFA 22 Pre Season Cup is coming to a close, so it's a good idea to check how close you are to the next reward to not miss out on any exciting rewards. There have been a lot of themed cups this FIFA cycle, which challenge players to win as many games as possible within a restricted amount of matches to get their hands on some high value rewards. So to find out all about the FIFA 22 Pre Season Cup, including a full list of the objectives and rewards, check this guide out.

FIFA 22 Pre Season Cup Rules And Requirements

FIFA 22 Pre Season Cup Rules

The various cups in this FIFA cycle have had some rather restrictive rules in order to make them more interesting, and level the playing field a bit. The FIFA 22 Pre Season Cup is no different in this regard, with some restrictions and an interesting ruleset.

First and foremost, while the squad rules aren't as constrained as they have been in the past, you are still not allowed more than one loan player, and you must have at least three clubs in your starting eleven. This will still allow you to bring in your most meta team with all of your favourite players, but not go too overboard with any Icon loans you might have lying around.

Furthermore, the most interesting thing about the game mode is the ruleset it has, which is essentially golden goal. While it is titled 'First To…', the game will always end as soon as the first goal has been scored, making what many players have optionally implemented across the course of the game cycle a mandatory requirement for completion.

This is a fantastic choice if you're wanting to speed through your games as quickly as possible, but not ideal for those who aren't quite as competent on the defending side of things. You can also only attempt 10 matches per day, so you need to be careful to make sure you have enough to complete the objective.
