As a celebration of his rather speedy return to Inter, EA has released the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku objective, allowing you to get your hands on an incredibly strong Serie A forward, and all for free. Standard transferred cards in FIFA are old news now, so they need a special, super-juiced version to truly celebrate their move to a new club. So, if you're wondering what is the best way to complete the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku objective, then make sure to carry on reading.

While perhaps not quite as ultra-meta as some other cards that have released into the game recently, the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku stats are certainly not something to look down on.

Boasting 94 pace, and insane shooting stats like 97 attack positioning, 99 finishing, and 98 shot power, you will be certain that once through on goal your shot will probably be going in. Furthermore, the impressive boost to Lukaku's dribbling stats should help compensate for his height and relatively stocky body type, and allow him to flourish in a very dribble-heavy meta.

Furthermore, his skill moves and weak foot have both been upgraded by one star, giving him four star skills and five-star weak foot. The weak foot will ensure that every shooting situation is advantageous for you, whereas the four-star skills bring him up to the minimum many players like to have in an attacking card.

Finally, his workrates have been boosted too, from Med-Med to High-Med, making him hopefully feel a lot more proactive in attack and less invisible on the pitch.

Thankfully, the objectives you'll need to complete in order to get your hands on the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku card are relatively easy, and shouldn't require too many games.

Here's the full list of objectives for the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku card:

  • Deadly Finisher:
    • Score a goal using Belgium players in four separate Squad Battles matches on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)
  • Perfect 3:
    • Assist three goals while having at least 3 Belgium players in your starting 11 in Squad Battles on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)
  • Ranged Approach:
    • Score four outside-the-box goals in Squad Battles on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)
  • Victory In Italy:
    • Assist using Serie A players in six separate Squad Battles wins on min. Professional difficulty (or Rivals)

As you can see, these objectives shouldn't pose too much of a challenge, and there aren't too many variables that would make you have to use separate squads to put too much effort in.

You'll also be rewarded with a Gold Pack, 75+ Rated Rare Player, Premium Gold Pack, Electrum Players Pack, and 500 XP by completing all of the objectives.

FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku: Best Squad To Complete

Due to the ways the objectives are laid out, you can actually complete the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku objective with the one squad. The squad you can see above is a general suggestion, but you can very much tweak this to suit your budget or the players you have available.

The most important things to consider are that you have a forward line that is both from Belgium, and Serie A, meaning the chances of progressing three out of the four objectives are maximised. Additionally, it is good to have someone in your squad who can score from long range, so someone like De Bruyne or even Mertens with his impressive finesse shot will do nicely.

While you can do it in Rivals, we very much recommend that you try and complete the objective in Squad Battles, as that will almost guarantee that you do it in the minimum required games of six. Of course, if you find Squad Battles utterly nauseating then feel free to bash your head against a wall in Rivals, but your squad is likely going to be dramatically outclassed at this stage of the game, making most of the objectives rather tricky to complete.

So, that's how to complete the FIFA 22 Pre Season Transfer Lukaku objective, alongside a few tips on the best squad to reduce the time needed to finish the group. If you're wanting to see what the FIFA 22 Pre Season players are in packs right now, check out the full list in our guide.
