FIFA 23 Companion App Release Date

The FIFA 23 Companion App will be released on Thursday, September 22, 2022. It will be available from the iPhone App Store or the Google Play Store.

It joins the Fifa 23 Web App, which was released on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

What Is The FIFA 23 Companion App?

Although you won't be able to physically play matches through the FIFA 23 Companion App, it works as a miniature version of Ultimate Team.

From creating your club, hitting the transfer market, and choosing your club's rig out, there's much to be done on the Companion App.

Players can do the following on the FIFA 23 Companion App:

  • Create your Ultimate Team squad
  • Open packs
  • Hit the transfer market
  • Complete Squad Builder Challenges
  • Complete non-gameplay Objectives

The main bulk of your FIFA 23 Companion App action will be completing SBCs and selling players, although it's also a fun way of sharing your squad with your friends when you're away from the consoles, possibly touching grass.

The Companion App is one that will be helpful for smashing through the Marquee Matchups SBCs when the clock ticks on Thursdays, and keeping up to date with the daily releases and promos on the go, rather than at your desk.
