The first thing you'll want to do is uninstall the EA Anti Cheat program, which can be done by heading to the directory folder (found at C:\Program Files\EA\AC\) and finding the EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe file.
Double click on that file and scroll down to find FIFA 23 on the list, so that you can uninstall the program. Then, what you'll want to do is run Origin as administrator, which you can do by locating the Origin.exe file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin, and then right-clicking and selecting 'Run as Administrator'.
Do the same thing for the FIFA 23 executable file, and this should reinstall the anti cheat program. Once you've done that, you'll want to restart your PC, and open both Origin and FIFA 23 as administrator once again, and this hopefully should fix the problem.
