How to defeat Severian and get Electrum in Final Fantasy 16

Fighting the Severian Notorious Mark to find Electrum in Final Fantasy 16

Being a level 31 Notorious Mark hunt boss at Rank B, beating Severian in Final Fantasy 16 might be a bit trickier than those who've come before, but still simple to defeat nevertheless. The main move to watch out for is its lunge attack - traversing across the battlefield with a plasma-like sword at great speed.

Then, there are its AOE (area of effect) moves which can more easily hit you when up close. The key to beating this Notorious Mark and claiming your Electrum prize is by utilising the small windows made with Precision Dodges to chain quick-hitting Eikon abilities.

The best among Ramuh's Thunder abilities to use here are Pile Drive and Judgment Bolt. Since Severian moves about the field frequently itself, AOE moves like these work great at dealing reliable amounts of damage.

You'll also want to incorporate high-Stagger abilities as well like Garuda's Gouge. If you're able to time your enemy becoming Staggered when using moves like Gouge just right, you can then chain your other recharged Eikon attacks - plus using Limit Break - to deliver numerous blows of massive damage to end the fight quicker.

As soon as Severian is defeated, you'll be awarded 1 x Electrum, 920 Exp, 70 AP, 8500 Gil, and 20 Renown

That's all you need to know about the Final Fantasy 16 Severian hunt location where you can find Electrum in FF16.
