As you'd expect with a new season of Fortnite, Chapter 4 Season 4 features a few brand-new Points of Interest (also known as POIs) dotted around the map - so here's a rundown of all the new locations you'll be able to find.
These new POIs dotted around the battle royale's ever-changing map are all owned and operated by Kado Thorne, a devious antagonist. This primer will detail where you can find and what you can uncover at the new POIs found on Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's map.

Sanguine Suites
First up on the new POIs found in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's map is Sanguine Suites, which is situated in the northeast corner of the Island. A high-class hotel, it comes with a five-star restaurant, multiple bars, a gym, a rooftop tennis court, and more amenities. However, you will find that Sanguine Suites is for pre-approved guests only, as the POI has guards everywhere to help keep out unwanted visitors.
If you can manage to get past all the defences and into the basement of Sanguine Suites, you will encounter the Diamonds Dealer. When defeated, this Fortnite Boss drops Diamond’s Thermal DMR and the Suites Vault Keycard. Inside the Suites Vault, you will discover two random Mythics.
If you decide to steal a Mythic, Sanguine Suites will go into lockdown. The alarms will start to blare, and the case for the other Mythic will sink into the floor. Guards will come to check out what's happening, so at this point, it's best to leave as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

Relentless Retreat
Travel to the southwest corner of the Island in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4, and you will come across the Relentless Retreat POI. This new POI is a stunning resort with breathtaking views. Relentless Retreat would surely be a lovely place to stay as a guest — if only it wasn't owned by the wicked Kado Thorne.
To protect his investment, Relentless Retreat has guards at every corner, along with cameras, laser grids, and turrets. The Hearts Dealer patrols the basement. When eliminated, this Boss leaves behind Heart's Havoc Suppressed Rifle and the Retreat Vault Keycard.
Like Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat features a Vault with two Mythics stashed inside it. But if you grab either of these items, a lockdown will be initiated at Relentless Retreat.

Eclipsed Estate
Last but not least, we have Eclipsed Estate. Eclipsed Estate is Kado Thorne's personal mansion, where he stores all the treasure he's stolen, like Midas' Hand and Oro's Skull. This lavish property sits in the north-west corner of the Island, below Breakwater Bay.
Of the three new POIs in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4, Eclipsed Estate houses the most loot. There are always three Mythics inside the Estate Vault, rather than just two. Eclipsed Estate even has a rift displayed on a pedestal inside the building! You won't get your hands on these goodies easily though, because Kado Thorne himself monitors Eclipsed Estate.
If you can defeat Kado Thorne in combat, you will receive Thorne's Scoped Burst SMG and the Estate Vault Keycard. Use the Keycard to break into the Vault and claim the Mythic of your choosing! But before you do, make sure you're ready for the imminent lockdown.
That concludes our overview of the new POIs on Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4's map. These heavily defended POIs are difficult to infiltrate, but if you can pull it off, the rewards are worth the effort.
