How to launch fireworks on Coachella Island
Once you get to Coachella Island, you will have a few things you can do. It would be more accurate to call it Coachella Islands, as there are several to visit. You will start at The Lobby, and from there you can travel to the other islands.
At the back of The Lobby, you will see a notice board. It has some missions on it that you can complete around Coachella Island, but at the top is a timer counting down to the fireworks show.
It begins at fifteen minutes, so you have some time to wait when you first get there. You can spend that time exploring the map, playing games, and completing missions. Be sure to use a spray anywhere here to easily complete another quest.
Once the timer reaches zero, the area will go dark and fireworks will start going off all around. You will notice you now have a firework gun in your hand. In order to complete the quest, you simply need to fire at least three times into the air with the firework gun.
