How To Refund Skins And Other Cosmetics In Fortnite
To refund an item, you need a Return Ticket. Every account starts with three Return Tickets. If you use a Return Ticket and then go 365 days without requesting another refund, you will get a fresh Return Ticket. You may only hold three Return Tickets at any one time.
To request a refund for Skins and other cosmetics on Fortnite:
- Launch Fortnite, then navigate to the Settings Menu and click "Support & Refunds"
- Next, select "Return or Cancel Purchase"
- Browse and find the item you want to return and select it on the list. Then, click "Use Return Ticket"
- A final confirmation screen will appear where you must verify that you indeed want to proceed and use a Return Ticket
If you decide to go through with the refund, a notification will pop up to let you know that the refund was successful and how many V-Bucks have been credited to your account.
After 30 days have passed, items are no longer eligible for refunds via Return Tickets.

How To Cancel A Purchase In Fortnite
Oftentimes, Fortnite players tend to use Return Tickets more for regrettable purchases, not accidental ones. If you truly purchase a Skin or cosmetic accidentally, you can refund it without wasting a Return Ticket!
If you decide you want to return an item within 24 hours of when you bought it, you can simply cancel the purchase. However, if you equip the item or use it in-game before cancelling, you will no longer be able to refund the purchase in this way.
After purchasing eligible items in the Item Shop, a button will appear directly on the item screen that gives you the option to cancel the purchase. Alternatively, you can also cancel purchases from the Return or Cancel Purchase screen, which you get to by clicking "Support & Refunds" under the Settings Menu.
Unlike Return Tickets, the Cancel Purchase feature can be used ad infinitum, but only once per item.

- Bundles
