You can find the Mythic Goldfish exclusively in the Ship It! Express Limited-Time Mode (LTM). While still rare, encountering the Mythic Goldfish in this LTM is nowhere near as uncommon as it used to be when it initially debuted in Chapter 2. Your best bet is to search Supply Drops and Rare Chests.

What is the Mythic Goldfish?
The Mythic Goldfish is the rarest item in Fortnite history. Resembling a Flopper on a pedestal, this Mythic deals 200 damage upon contact with an opponent, and it inflicts even more damage to structures. The Mythic Goldfish is indestructible, too, so you can pick it up and use it again after you toss it.

Most players never found or encountered a Mythic Goldfish, though, because the drop rate was a minuscule one in one million, or 0.0001%.
