No Sweat signs and sponsorship locations are new in Fortnite, leaving many wondering what this Challenge is all about. Well, the No Sweat Summer celebration has kicked off, complete with all sorts of activities to engage in and rewards to earn in Fortnite. But before you sit back and relax, you should know how to pick up a No Sweat sign and where to place it at a sponsorship location in Fortnite.
Where can you pick up a No Sweat Sign in Fortnite?
You'll find Fortnite No Sweat signs at Loot Lake and the beach east of Sanctuary. You can pick up a No Sweat sign at one of many shelving racks at these locations. Approach a shelving rack with a No Sweat sign resting on it and interact with it to pick up a sign.

How to find a sponsorship location in Fortnite
No Sweat Insurance is sponsoring the Fortnite summer festivities, and they've set up camp at Loot Lake and Sanctuary. With a No Sweat sign in hand, scan the coast of Loot Lake or the beach at Sanctuary. You shouldn't have to go far before you come across a spot to plant the No Sweat sign.

So, what's the reward for all this physical labour? Completing the multi-part Quest to pick up a No Sweat sign and place it at a sponsorship location will net you the Meowscles' Tail Style for the Ice-Blasted Snow Crunchem Back Bling.
