Stuck wondering how to plant or summon a Reality Sapling 30 or more metres away from yourself in Fortnite? Thirty metres is quite some distance, so how are our puny Fortnite characters supposed to throw a Reality Seed that far and plant a Reality Sapling? Well, there's a trick to it. On the way, you can take care of another Week 9 Quest to collect seeds from Reality Seed Pods before they stop bouncing, all without a hitch. So, here's how to plant or summon a Reality Sapling 30 or more metres away from yourself in Fortnite.

How To Plant Or Summon A Reality Sapling 30 Or More Metres Away In Fortnite: Find A Reality Seed

To plant or summon a Fortnite Reality Sapling, you first need a Reality Seed. To get a Reality Seed, you need to break a Reality Seed Pod.

You can find Reality Seed Pods in areas under the effects of the Reality Bloom Biome. For example, Reality Falls, Lush Logs, Sleepy Shrubs, and Butter Bloom are overrun with Reality Seed Pods. Break a Reality Seed Pod open with your Harvesting Tool to unleash a heap of Reality Seeds.

Want to kill two birds with one stone? While on your hunt for Reality Seed Pods and Reality Seeds, remember there's also a Week 9 Seasonal Quest to collect seeds from Reality Seed Pods before they stop bouncing. So, after you break open a Reality Seed Pod, try to catch the falling seeds in mid-air before they hit the ground and become stagnant. If successful, you'll earn a quick 15K XP toward your Season Level and the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Battle Pass. And there's still more to come!

Okay, you have a Reality Seed. Now it's time to plant or summon a Reality Sapling 30 or more metres away from yourself. This Challenge is easy-breezy in modes with building enabled. You can still pull it off in Zero Build, it'll just be a bit harder.

Unfortunately, our Fortnite characters aren't strong enough to toss a Reality Seed 30 metres away without the right setup. To complete this tremendous feat, you'll need elevation on your side.

Gather some material and build a series of ramps up into the sky, or if you're in Zero Build, find a tall structure like a skyscraper at Tilted Towers or The Daily Bugle. Gaze down at the ground and mark it with the ping function to see how far away you are. If it's 30 metres or more, you're good to go.

Finally, Equip the Reality Seed and throw it out in front of you. When it hits the ground, a Reality Sapling will form. If you flung the seed far enough, you should receive a notification that this Quest is complete along with 15K XP.

Planting or summoning a Reality Sapling 30 or more metres away from yourself in Fortnite might sound impossible, but with the help of some tall structures, arm strength won't be an issue.
