The Streamer Bowl 3 is an extravagant $1M tournament featuring some of the biggest names in Fortnite and American Football. Fortnite has partnered up with Twitch Rivals and the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) to put on this spectacle of an event.

As the name suggests, Fortnite Streamer Bowl 3 is the third iteration in this Fortnite tournament series and this guide will tell you what you need to know.

What is the Streamer Bowl 3?

Twitch Rivals, Epic Games, and the NFLPA have all come together to host the third annual Fortnite Streamer Bowl 3: where the faces of Fortnite will team up with stars from the National Football League (NFL) in a grand tournament for charity.

The reason the event is appropriately named the Streamer Bowl, is that it will occur a mere few days before the Super Bowl, American Football's pinnacle event.

Who's participating?

NFL Stars appearing in the Fortnite Streamer Bowl 3

Streamer Bowl 3 will feature 20 trios consisting of:

  • One Streamer
  • One NFL Star
  • One Community Champion

While the official lineup has yet to be announced, Fortnite fans can expect the streamer category to include top names in Fortnite such as Ali "SypherPK" Hassan, Kathleen "LoserFruit" Belsten, and Aydan "Aydan" Conrad.

As for the NFL Stars, some of the premier athletes in the sport will be in attendance at the Fortnite Streamer Bowl III. Last year, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kyler Murray, Mike Evans, Baker Mayfield, D.K. Metcalf, and more teamed up with Fortnite streamers in the Fortnite Streamer Bowl II. Expect a similarly star-studded cast this time around.

JuJu Smith-Schuster and Kyler Murray are both partnered with/signed with FaZe Clan, so it's not like they're just bringing random NFL players in either. These individuals are more than just supreme athletes — they are passionate gamers too.

Finally, each trio will feature a Community Champion. Community Champions are Fortnite players that finished in the top-20 of the Streamer Bowl III Community Cup.

This event was held in late December of 2021 and gave participants an opportunity to earn a spot on a team with their favourite Fortnite streamers and NFL players. The top 20 finishers make up the Community Champions.

The streamers and NFL stars will be paired up into teams at random. Meanwhile, the streamers will draft Community Champions to their squad in a Community Champion draft.
