Where We Fallin' obstacle course explained
For a limited time, players will be able to access the Where We Fallin' obstacle course in Battle Royale.
You'll need to first find a golden Bean Idol hidden within the Classy Courts arena, and then you'll be transported up into the sky to test your obstacle-avoiding skills.
Completing the course within the 120-second time limit will allow you to gain exciting and strong loot and rewards, making the path towards your next Victory Royale that much easier.
You'll gain Gold Tier loot for completing the course in under 50 seconds, Silver Tier for completing between 50 and 80 seconds, and then finally Bronze Tier loot between 80 and 120 seconds.
Thankfully you'll get three attempts to complete the course, but if you fail all three there's no going back.
Don't even think about heading back up into the sky for another round after clinching victory either, as you're only able to complete the course once per match. There are associated quests for you to work your way through though, so make sure to always give it a go in each new match.
How to play all Fortnite x Fall Guys islands
You can dive (or fall) into all of the new Fall Guys islands by heading to the 'Discover' tab and scrolling down to the 'Fall Guys' section. There are currently six pre-made islands to experience, made by Mediatonic Labs, Studio 568, and Spiral House:
- Falling Up, by Mediatonic Labs (Island code: 4185-8103-4745)
- Tumble Towers, by Mediatonic Labs (Island code: 1985-3300-5865)
- Blunderdome, by Mediatonic Labs (Island code: 7671-9041-8194)
- Hex-A-Gone Unlimited, by Studio 568 x Spiral House (Island code: 2214-7960-2047)
- Bean Circuit, by Studio 568 x Spiral House (Island code: 0057-3389-4313)
- Pegwin Pickup, by Studio 568 x Spiral House (Island code: 7485-7322-4774)
You can also flex your creative muscles and try your own hand at a Fall Guys island using the new assets in UEFN and Creative.
Not only will this give you the chance to test your own experiments and obstacle courses, but you'll also obtain the chance to qualify for placement within the Fall Guys row in Discover - fancy that!
New cosmetics & how to get them
The main new cosmetic in the Fortnite x Fall Guys crossover is the Pink Plushie Back Bling. This crown-adorned backpack can be earned by completing Where We Fallin' Quests associated with the Battle Royale obstacle course, so definitely make sure that you do them all.
You'll also see unique Bean variants for all of your Fortnite skins based on original characters like Brite Bomber, Fishstick, and Jonesy the Secondst.
These will take on the oval-like shape of a professional obstacle avoider, giving you a unique look as you aim to beat the clock.
Any non-original skins unfortunately won't have their own Bean variant, and will instead be morphed into the default Bean outfit while on the course.
