Found on a stand just north of Tatsui Shrine.
The Giant Teru Teru Bozu
On a bench on top of a building south of Kappagaike. Use window washer lifts to get to the roof.
The Ether Thief
In the elevator doorway facing the Shimokusa Shrine.
The King Of The Loan Sharks
In the construction site above Yashin Shrine.
The Turbo Student
Beside an arcade in Shibuya Underground.
The Jukai Soba Excavation
On a table in front of Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate.
The Overpriced Tickets
In a planter just east of Noto Shrine.
The Tengu Turf War
Go south down the stairs from Onten Shrine, notes are in the first building on the left.
The Hyakki Yako
Without spoiling any important story moments, this one is found in a hut after a spider-like boss in Chapter 5. This one is outside of Shibuya, so be sure to pick it up during Chapter 5.
