How To Get Hogwarts Legacy Early Access
Want to jump into the castle and play Hogwarts Legacy earlier than everyone else? Here's exactly how to do so.
Hogwarts Legacy is perhaps one of the most anticipated games of all time. Since gameplay leaked years ago, fans have been foaming at the mouth to get their hands on what many hope is the pinnacle of Harry Potter games. Now we’re getting a steady stream of gameplay, the wait for Hogwarts Legacy is becoming unbearable.
It’s set to release on February 10th, 2023, which for any helpless muggles out there, feels like an eternity. However, it’s been confirmed Hogwarts Legacy will be getting an early access launch, which has many excited fans around the world eager to find out how.

How To Get Hogwarts Legacy Early Access
Whilst Hogwarts Legacy is set to release on February 10th, 2023, it’s been revealed that players can gain early access to the game and jump in three days before on February 7th, 2023.
The big question on everyone’s mind is how exactly this is possible. Thankfully, it’s very simple as players only need to purchase one of the following versions of Hogwarts Legacy:
- Hogwarts Legacy: Deluxe Edition
- Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition
- Hogwarts Legacy: Collector’s Edition
It really is as easy as that. It’s important to note that if you have the base version of the game pre-ordered, you won’t be getting the early access perk and will have to wait until February 10th, 2023 to play the game.
Additional Deluxe And Collectors Edition Hogwarts Legacy Rewards
Anyone who purchases one of the above versions will not only receive 72 hours worth of early access for Hogwarts Legacy, but also a host of other bonuses. As confirmed by developer Avalanche Software, the following will be added to the Deluxe, Digital Deluxe, and Collector’s Editions of Hogwarts Legacy:
- Dark Arts Cosmetic Set
- Thestral Mount
- Onyx Hippogriff Mount
- Dark Arts Battle Arena
- Dark Arts Garrison Hat
- Cross-Gen Upgrade
- 72 Hours Early Access
For those lucky enough to be picking up the Collector’s Edition of Hogwarts Legacy, the following will also be included, along with the bonuses mentioned above:
- Steel Case Box
- Collector’s Edition Box
- A life-size Floating Wand and Book Base.
- Kelpie Robe
That’s everything confirmed for the Hogwarts Legacy early access and bonuses for each edition of the game so far. We will be sure to update the page if any new rewards are announced for any edition of the game or if anything changes.
