Where to find Praise of High Morals
In Honkai: Star Rail, some good deeds are worth more than others, and in completing these assorted deeds, you’ll receive a Praise of High Morals. This is a consumable item that can net you an assortment of goodies under the right condition.

How to use Praise of High Morals
Now that you have a pocket full of Praise of High Morals, it is time to put them to good use. While they can be used in several different areas, the most prominent place to use them is at the fountain in the Administrative District on Jarilo-VI.
When interacting with the fountain, if you have a Praise of High Morals in your inventory, you’ll be given the option to fish some treasure from the fountain.
In doing so, you’ll bag yourself a random reward a the cost of one of the Praise of High Morals. So, the more good deeds you do, the more chances you get to use the fountain.
Sometimes it’s true what they say. Good deeds cost nothing, but they certainly are rewarding.
