Honkai Star Rail Welt Skills

Gravity Suppression
Deals Imaginary Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Welt's Attack to a single enemy.
Edge of the Void
Deals Imaginary Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Welt's Attack to a single enemy and further deals Damage two extra times, with each time dealing Imaginary Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Welt's Attack to a random enemy. On hit, there is a scaling percentage base chance to reduce the enemy's Speed by 10% for two turns.
Synthetic Black Hole
Deals Imaginary Damage equal to a scaling percentage of Welt's Attack to all enemies, with a 100% base chance for enemies hit by this ability to be Imprisoned for one turn.
Imprisoned enemies have their actions delayed by a scaling percentage and Speed reduced by 10%.
Time Distortion
When hitting an enemy that is already Slowed, Welt deals Additional Imaginary Damage equal to a scaling percentage of his Attack to the enemy.
Gravitational Imprisonment
After using Welt's Technique, create a dimension that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies in this dimension have their Movement Speed reduced by 50%. After entering battle with enemies in the dimension, there is a 100% base chance to Imprison the enemies for one turn. Imprisoned enemies have their actions delayed by 20% and Speed reduced by 10%. Only one dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Moving onto Welt's Traces, there are some really juicy ones in here, especially in the damage department. Here is the full list:
Retribution
When using Ultimate, there is a 100% base chance to increase the Damage received by the targets by 12% for two turns.

- Imaginary Damage +3.2%
- Attack +4%
- Effect Resistance +4%
Punishment
Deals 20% more Damage to enemies inflicted with Weakness Break.
Bonus Stat Nodes
- Effect Resistance +6%
- Imaginary Damage +6.4%
Judgment
Using Ultimate additionally regenerates 10 Energy.

- Attack +6%
- Imaginary Damage +4.8%
- Attack +6%
Honkai Star Rail Welt Eidolons
Finally, we've got Welt's Eidolons. Again, these offer some great increased attack percentages, allowing you to dispatch those enemies at a much faster rate.

E1 - Legacy of Honor
After Welt uses his Ultimate, his abilities are enhanced. The next two times he uses his Basic Attack or Skill, deals Additional Damage to the target equal to 50% of his Basic Attack's Damage multiplier or 80% of his Skill's Damage multiplier respectively.
E2 - Conflux of Stars
When his Talent is triggered, Welt regenerates three Energy.
E3 - Prayer of Peace
Skill Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic Attack Level up one, up to a maximum of Level 10.
E4 - Appellation of Justice
Base chance for Skill to inflict Speed Reduction increases by 35%
E5 - Power of Kindness
Ultimate Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level up two, up to a maximum of Level 15.
E6 - Prospect of Glory
When using Skill, deals Damage for one extra time to a random enemy.
All in all, looking at Welt’s skills, traces and eidolons it’s clear to see that there are some pretty fantastic builds you can create with this character, especially in the Imaginary department due to the game being so lacking in these types of protagonists.
