League of Legends currently has an ongoing Mystery Champion series of missions that involve quotes from various Champions. "Every Mistake, A Lesson" is one such quote from a Mystery Champion where this guide provides the specific champion to solve the mission in question.
Who's quote is this?
These quotes that have been popping up lately are part of the League of Legends Mystery Champion series of missions. Each one is fairly simple, you are tasked with playing as, or on the same team as, a particular Champion. Your only clue as to who that Champion is is in the mission title, which includes a quote.
For the "Every Mistake, A Lesson" quote, the Mystery Champion in question is Wukong. The Monkey King of Chinese mythology.

How to complete the mission?
Now that you know who the Mystery Champion is, you have the info needed to complete the mission. There are a number of ways to do so, so fear not if you are unfamiliar with the Champion. The primary method of completing the mission is to either complete a match as Wukong or be on the same team as a Wukong player.
Obviously, you have no control over that second option, that really just exists so that players who do not know the quote have a chance of completing the mission when paired with someone who has figured it out. To make sure you get it, you are best off playing a match as Wukong yourself. Thankfully, if you are not confident with the Champion, you can play a co-op match vs A.I. and that will complete the mission as well.
