Lethal Company is taking the world by storm, but if you’re enjoying the game then you’re going to need to know how to heal - and there is only one way to do so.

Admittedly, very few things in the game that can attack you will give you a chance to escape. However, there will be rare occasions where you will be left with a limp and a trail of blood behind you.

When injured, your movement will be slowed so it is important to try and get yourself back to being healthy again in no time.

How to Heal in Lethal Company

In Lethal Company, you can only heal when you return to orbit. So, once you’re on the moon and doing a scrap run, if you take damage at any time, you will have to cope with it until you launch the ship back into orbit. A ship will only go back to orbit if everyone in the party dies, or if you go and manually send it back to space.

Health bar in Lethal Company

This means it is crucial to keep an eye on your health constantly throughout your run (top left of the screen) because your health also doesn’t regenerate gradually.

With Lethal Company still in its infancy, new healing mechanics could be added to the game at a later date. We will update this guide if that happens.

That is all you need to know about replenishing your health in Lethal Company, it was never going to be easy but what else could you expect from this challenging survival game?
