If you want to get around faster in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, you are going to need a Street Surfer. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth gives players a handy segway for travelling around Hawaii much quicker than on foot.

How to get the Street Surfer segway
In Chapter 4, head to the corner beside the Pigeon Family Market just south of Kiryu's Hotel. You should see a white speech bubble on the map here, the symbol for a side story.
You'll be approached by a Developer-Like Man who will ask you to test his invention, the Street Surfer. Complete this short side mission and you will gain the Street Surfer for yourself. From here on, you can press down on the D-pad to hop on it whenever you are in a suitable location.
The Street Surfer has a limited battery, so you will need to visit a Street Surfer charge point to pay for a recharge if the battery runs down. While at a charge point, you can also customise your Street Surfer with any cosmetics you have acquired.

New paint jobs and wheels for the Street Surfer can be acquired across Hawaii. To get more, you need to find individuals around the city who are standing beside their Street Surfers. Talk to any person you find beside one and they will give you their unique design.
With new looks acquired, head to a Street Surfer charge point to equip them. You can mix and match your various paint jobs with wheels to make the design that suits you.
