Marvel Rivals is finishing off its open beta period with a special tournament called War of the Realms, which any player can take part in. While sign-ups have now finished, you may still want to learn about what exactly it is, as you can watch matches from in the game client.

What is War of the Realms?

War of the Realms is a 6v6 tournament that pits faction against faction and is open to any players that have at least six players in their faction. Though it's worth reiterating that sign-ups are now closed.

The competition is divided into four separate tournaments: North America PC, Europe PC, Asia PC, and North America Console, and serves a testing ground for future Marvel Rivals tournaments.

The contest is made up of an open qualifier that runs from July 30 to August 1, where teams are seeded into a bracket where only one can come out on top.

Once only 64 teams remain, the knockout stages follow from August 2 to August 4 until a faction is crowned in each region.

All the games from the knockout stage will be streamed on the Marvel Rivals Twitch account for players to watch.

All War of the Realms prizes

There are of course cash prizes based on your final placement for players to take home. All the prizes are in USD, so the conversion to your local currency will be different.
