While all the games in the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection are ancient - with the newest game still 19 years old - you'll need to ensure your PC is up to snuff to play them all.
Luckily, the minimum requirements contain hardware that is over ten years old as of writing this, so the majority of people interested in this collection should be good to play it smoothly.

It's also worth mentioning that according to the Steam page, the games in the Master Collection all require a controller, as keyboard and mouse aren't supported.
There will likely be a mod in the future to make it compatible, but if it's a dealbreaker that you have to use a controller, it may be worth waiting. However, the MGS games were ultimately designed with controllers in mind, so they are the optimal way of experiencing the games.
