Midnight Suns Black Shadows Challenge Walkthrough
Nico Minoru's Midnight Sun challenge, Black Shadows, tests your knowledge of the randomisation features that are part of Nico's kit, with various random attack and random buff cards. The challenge gives you five cards to begin, and places four enemies in front of you to defeat.
Here's our full walkthrough of the Black Shadows challenge.
- Start by redrawing Blood Magic to get Double Up.
- Cast Double Up to get a copy of Witchfire.
- Cast Double Up again to get a copy of Witchstorm
- Redraw Empower to get Blood Magic.
- Play Blood Magic to get Strengthened.
- Use Witchstorm on the enemy on the very left to damage them and the one next to them.
- Use the other Witchstorm on the enemy on the very right to damage them and the one next to them.
- Cast Witchfire to randomly kill two enemies.
- Cast another Witchfire to kill the final two enemies.
- Play Crack the Sky to destroy the Black Crystal and complete the challenge.
After you have finished the Black Shadows challenge, you will get the Legendary Crack the Sky card and Midnight Sun combat suit for Nico.
