The quickest way to get Battle Pass Tier Skips is by purchasing the BlackCell Battle Pass Bundle in the in-game store. This gives you access to every item within the Battle Pass, alongside 20 Battle Token Tier Skips (25 on PlayStation) for you to use however you want.
Outside of this, the main way that you will earn Battle Pass Tier Skips is through XP. Gaining XP in online matches will eventually have you reach a certain threshold, rewarding you with a new Battle Pass Tier Skip token.
Completing missions in MW2 DMZ is a great way to earn quick XP, as some of the later tasks can reward you with tens of thousands of experience.
