Where to find Ahkdar Statue in MW2 DMZ
Finding the Ahkdar Statue in MW2 DMZ is key for the first step of the Failed Bombings mission, so you will need to make your way to Ahkdar Village in the bottom half of the map, located between Zaya Observatory and Al Malik Airport.
It's a heavily fortified area that's filled with powerful soldiers, so you'll want to stock up healing items and ammo, while equipping maximum armour. If you have a friend to bring, that would also increase your odds of finishing the task alive.
Once you get into the village, you should notice a cluster of buildings that all encircle a courtyard. It's also worth noting that this is within the walled area of the village. Ahkdar Statue can be found in the centre of that courtyard, but it's worth clearing that cluster of buildings first.
Once you find the statue, if you approach it you should notice an active bomb ticking away at its feet. You will need to defuse this to complete the first step of Failed Bombings. The next step involves extracting with it go to Ashika Island, so quickly leave for the nearest point.
