When you load up Modern Warfare 2, it's impossible to miss the big advertisement for the Endownment Protector Pack. Call of Duty games are renowned for their extensive cosmetic packs that players can buy for additional microtransactions. Modern Warfare 2 is no different, with the game already offering a number of weapon, Operator, and vehicle skins for players to buy. One such pack is the Endowment Protector Pack, but what exactly is it? Keep reading to find out more.

MW2 Endowment Protector Pack: What Is It?

The Call of Duty Endowment program is a nonprofit organisation that assists US and UK military veterans get back into work. According to the Call of Duty website, the program has assisted over 100,000 veterans so far due to raising awareness of the different skill sets that veterans can bring to a more traditional workplace. Some of the funding for this nonprofit organisation is raised through the sales of select cosmetic packs in Call of Duty games, which is where the Endowment Protector Pack comes in.

Some of the profit from sales of the Endowment Protector Pack will go directly to the nonprofit organisation. Players will need to act quickly if they want to pick up the cosmetic pack, though. The offer will no longer be available once $4 million has been raised for the cause.
