What Is MW2 Tactical Sprint?
Tactical Sprint is an advanced form of movement introduced for the first time in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019. To initiate a Tactical Sprint, double-tap the Sprint button/key.
When you Tactical Sprint in MW2, your Operator lifts their weapon in the air and runs forward at max speed with so much ferocity that you can even smash open closed doors. Tactical Sprinting allows the user to close distances quicker than traditional sprinting.

At the moment, getting Unlimited Sprint in MW2 is rather simple. All one must do is perform a Melee attack. Melee'ing will refresh your Tactical Sprint and allow you to move at this enhanced speed unhindered. When your Tactical Sprint runs out, Melee again!
It's almost certain that this manoeuvre is unintended and considered an exploit by Activision and Infinity Ward.
