MW2 & Warzone 2 July 24 update patch notes: Basilisk, X13, M4 nerfs
Here are all the changes that arrived in the MW2 & Warzone 2 July 24 patch notes, including nerfs to the Basilisk, X13 auto, M4, and Cronen Squall.
MW2 and Warzone 2's July 24 patch notes are live and it's safe to say this update has had a major impact on the overall meta.
Unlike the July 19 update, this one includes significant weapon balance changes to the X13 Auto, Basilisk, M4, Cronen Squall, and more.
Alterations to the akimbo secondaries in particular were heavily requested from the community after the pistols were completely dominating at close-range.

- Minimum Damage increased

- Fixed an issue with the Akimbo Snakeshot Basilisk where its damage profile was higher than intended

- Fixed an issue that caused the X13 Auto’s damage profile to be higher than intended

Global bug fixes
- Fixed an issue impacting some Players receiving Battle Pass rewards correctly
- Fixed an issue where some Players couldn't open the Battle Pass
- Fixed an issue where the Player couldn’t access Division Rewards in Career & Rewards in Warzone Ranked Play
