Does NBA 2K24 have early access?
Most games now offer some kind of early access, however, NBA 2K24 does not offer early access of any kind. This is regardless of what edition of the game you buy.
It also means that every single person who pre-ordered the game will be jumping online at the same time, levelling the playing field and preventing anyone from being able to get out ahead.

What time does NBA 2K24 release?
NBA 2K24 will be released at midnight in your respective time zone. So regardless of where you are the game will drop at midnight, whether you’re in the UK, Japan or on the West Coast, the game will drop at midnight local time.
How to preload NBA 2K24 on PlayStation
- Go to Library
- Go to Purchased and select the pre-order
- You'll see a timer below the title counting down to the game's release
- Click on the timer
- Now simply follow the on-screen instructions to adjust auto-download for the game
How to preload NBA 2K24 on Xbox
- Search the game in the Microsoft Store
- Once available, there will be a pre-install button next to the release date
- Select pre-install
- Now simply wait for release
