Overwatch 2 Mercy: The Best Healer
Mercy is the best healer on the roster for Overwatch 2. She's an incredible support hero as she can heal others at a fast rate and can buff them whenever their HP is full. She can get to the action quickly by using her glide ability, swiftly approaching those in need. In addition, she can revive crucial heroes on the team like D.Va if a tank is needed or a damage character like Tracer to keep the aggression going. Her weapon is quite pitiful, but Mercy's one true goal is healing and she's the absolute best at that in Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2 Baptiste: The All-Rounder
The Haitian Baptiste can both heal allies and damage opponents at the same time. His Biotic Launcher can leave drops of health towards teammates that bring average heroes back to full health in about 3 to 4 shots. He can also help multiple friends at once with his Regenerative Boost, which instantly heals those with less than half health and gives health over time to others. It's one of the best healing abilities in Overwatch 2.
Baptiste can be an asset when it comes to damage too. Baptiste can finish off opponents with his assault rifle, which isn't as effective as Soldier 76's gun but it's fairly close. His ultimate also buffs his allies' attacks. He unleashes a force field that doubles the damage towards opponents when bullets run through it or increase a health projectile by double as well.
- Bastion is arguably more powerful than it was in the original Overwatch. We break it down here.
Overwatch 2 Ana: The One Who Turns The Tables
The last support hero we're going to shout out in this article is Ana. She's quite strange in the FPS genre as she's a healing sniper, but she's very effective in battle. Her rifle has a unique quality, in that it can both damage opponents (to quite a great extent) and heal allies to an effective degree. The Biotic Grenade she drops also cures allies by an effective amount but against enemies, it temporarily stops their healing process, leaving them unprotected.
Ana's Biotic Grenade is just one tool that can turn the tides of battle significantly. The other is her ultimate Nano Boost. When you strike a teammate with it, it buffs their attack and reduces incoming damage for a limited time. This is most effective when you use the Nano Boost on allies that can strike foes at a wide angle like Reinhardt's hammer swings. The Nano Boost, if used correctly, is an incredible strategic tool that can turn the tides easily and give your team the win.
