Does Palworld have a PvP mode?
Here's everything you need to know about whether or not Palworld has any PvP modes, or if this game is purely a cooperative experience when online.
Palworld is all about trying to survive and catching Pals to help you do so, but you might be wondering if there's a PvP mode alongside the other multiplayer options the game has to offer.
After choosing your difficulty and setting up your world in Palworld, you can choose to invite other players to join you where you'll fight against the wilds hoping to survive - and maybe even thrive. But what if you want to battle against other players and their Pals? Here's everything you need to know about PvP.
Is there a PvP mode in Palworld?
There is no PvP in Palworld, despite the game having multiplayer options.
You can only do battle against Pals that you find in the world and other players are there to accompany you as you become stronger, build your base, and find more Pals to add to your collection.
Will PvP be added to Palworld later?
If you do want some PvP action in Palworld, the good news is that it's confirmed to be arriving at some point in the future, although we don’t know when.
We're also unsure of what this would entail, as developer Pocketpair hasn’t given much information, other than confirmation of them working on it via the Steam page.
I hope it will be a mode where you can pit your Pals against other players in arena-style battles to see who has the strongest, but we'll just have to wait and see what's in store.
Palworld is still in early access so there should be plenty of additions in the future, meaning this is one to keep an eye on. We'll update this page as soon as more details are announced.
That's all you need to know about whether or not there is PvP in Palworld. If you want some more guides to help you out, then check out our Palworld homepage where we have already covered if you can change your appearance, if there are evolutions, the best starter Pals to catch and more.
